I installed this to work with my factory 3rd brake light which is in the spoiler and LED. Watch the spoiler in the attached video to see the blinking pattern. Voltage skills are very easy to establish. If you don't understand electricity, don't give a product a bad review based on your ignorance. If you connect it backwards, the LEDs will still light up, but no flash. It works great, is very cheap and easy to install. What more could you want from a cool little setup? Because of the cheap price I even bought a second one to have on hand or in case this one fails.
