Review on Patrolguide by Jerry Ford
Great way of keeping everyone connected and informed
The best thing about this app was that it gave us all we needed in one place; from vehicle monitoring & alerts right down through reporting incidents/calls for service etc - very useful! I would like more features such as being able use GPS tracking but not have any notifications sent out when my car goes off road (or even just into an area where i don't want them).
Also having our vehicles monitored could be improved by giving some sort system so if someone gets too close they get notified straight away rather than waiting until after responding which can take up valuable response times!! We are solving problems relating mainly around crime prevention via better communication between officers patrolling areas together using their mobile devices.
- It's easy to use and easy to get information on, I like being able to get a list of incidents/calls for service and a breakdown of those calls for service via the map
