Tried many times to program auto raise/lower per Dorman Technical Support instructions but could not get it to work. Manual works fine. They would replace the product, but I don't think the passenger side feature is worth the hassle. I would fix it on the driver's side. It sounds like you need a Honda diagnostic system for this to work properly, but it requires a trip to the dealership and minimum wage of at least $100. As a final step, Tech Support asked me to try disconnecting the battery to make the computer forget the old programming, but that didn't work either. If you have a similar problem and found a simple solution, any ideas are welcome.
