Same problems as the other two comments: rust clogged and non-standard quick coupler. The quick disconnect is a Star Products (Lang Tools) style quick disconnect (NOT an OTC fitting or Milton Industrial Interchange). I already had a set of diesel engine gauges, so I didn't want to buy a $150 OTC 5021 gauge. Thought you could just replace the quick coupler, but it's soldered, NOT threaded. So I bought a Star Products TU-15-31 Right Angle Diesel Adapter at ToolDiscounter dot com for $9.04 and replaced the male fitting with one in my test gauge set. The new Star (LANG) adapter now closes the gap between the OTC 6076 and my test device. UPDATE: When soldering the quick release end, the solder flowed into the tiny tube. I took a #53 drill bit, drilled out the solder and washed it with brake cleaner. AFTER ALL! it worked perfectly. The small tube is used to clean the rocker arm. The entire assembly appears to be hardened so a 1/2" wrench on the top of the 6076 can be used to carefully insert it into the glow plug hole. What a pain but it was half the price of the list. And it's definitely the right adapter for Ford/Navistar 7.3L turbocharged direct injection engines.
