My car slammed shut, the bearing bushes broke in a short time. This is the best/cheapest solution I could find that would fit in a baggy car due to the ride associated with the air suspension. The bushings allow the trailing arm to move toward the vehicle body. They're a lot better than the ripped ones, but they also added some weird lateral suspension movement as I pull into the driveway at an angle. Shafts are easily cleaned with a wire wheel on an angle grinder. The existing rubber bushing was removed fairly easily with a wood blade on a vibrating tool. I made a press tool out of two pieces of wood and a large nut/bolt. It is difficult to get the bushing in straight without misalignment, it is covered in marine grease that can only be removed with WD40 or orange oil. I found that by tightening and then using the tube on the large jackbolt to straighten it, it went in.
