I ordered this item for my Archer 100W model 64-2193 soldering gun. I received the product and tried to put the nozzles in the iron but they didn't fit. I bent it a bit and adjusted it, but it couldn't get hot enough to melt the solder. I just called support and asked for tech support. They said no. She told me to send it back but I left it past the return date. She advised me to look at your website and I did. I couldn't find any help to get the right advice to get my hardware working. JUST INFO: I AM A GOOD AMAZON BUYER BUT I WAS FORCED TO GO TO A COMPETITOR TO GET THE SERVICE I NEED. I am very disappointed in Amazon
