Review on URPOWER 2nd Version Essential Oil Diffuser: Adjustable Mist Mode, Waterless Auto Shut-Off, and 7 Color Lights for Home Office by Chris Nako

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Small changes from previous versions are a bit of a disappointment

I've had a previous version of this diffuser/humidifier on my desk at work for years and it's worked wonders in the winter months for keeping static electricity at bay. I was excited to buy another for my home office since I now work from home part time, but this one has slight differences (downgrades) from previous versions. First, the top of the diffuser used to be slightly threaded so that it screwed onto the base to stay securely in place. The new version does not screw on at all, it simply sits on the base which increases the risk of it falling off if bumped. Secondly, the old version used to come with a small plastic measuring cup of sorts to easily measure 100 ml of water and pour into the base. The new version does not contain a measuring cup. Overall it's still a good value for the price, but it's unfortunate that there have been design changes.

Cons
  • The seven color lights may be distracting for some users, especially those with sensory issues
