My car is 2008 and has Bluetooth for the phone but it won't let me play any audio from my iPhone through the car speakers, not even the AUX input . This was a good solution to my problem. The only thing I would complain about is the location of the buttons and their sensitivity. I love using my phone in landscape mode and it's hard not to tap the "unlock" button when you tap the bottom button on an iPhone and then the phone crashes. Not sure. It's also annoying that the clips close when you turn the device on. Then you have to open them again to put your phone inside. annoyed! I love wireless charging, especially since my phone is getting old and likes to be fed more often lately. Decent product for the price.
