The ability to upload a resume, and then be able to track my application. The fact that I can send a message to the recruiter directly from the app. I like the fact that I can track my application status. The fact that all my information is stored in one place and I can view it at any time. Sometimes it takes a while for the recruiter to get back to me if I haven't heard anything. Sometimes the recruiter gets so many applications that they don't have time to respond to everyone. It helps me know what I'm working on and what I'm doing.
