Firstly this is the third purchase of the same item. The product is just great. The first purchase of an item was almost a year ago. It works so well I bought two more. The battery tester tests 9V AAA, AA, C, D batteries. When the arrow turns green, everything is ok, yellow is weak, and red is fully discharged. Bought two more as gifts for a friend and one for a brother. This saves you money when you put two or more batteries in an electronic device, it often draws more current from one or two batteries than others. So if the device stops working properly, simply remove the batteries and test them one by one. Then get rid of everyone who is out of charge. If four C batteries are needed, three or two will still work. There are enough of them for the device to function properly. So you just have to replace the dead ones. This saves you money as you don't have to replace all the batteries to get the device working again. It saves me money every month because I don't throw away good batteries at all since I have and use this battery tester. Easy to use and very easy to read. In fact, you can't go wrong with this money-saving tester.
