The Amcrest AWC897 4K Webcam is a great webcam. It offers an excellent video picture as well as excellent sound. The AWC897 attaches easily to my monitor (see image) and uses a little light to show what it's doing. The red light indicates it is off and the green light indicates it is on. It even comes with a privacy cover for those worried about intruders spying on them and missing a little green light. The cover snaps easily into place and can be lifted halfway or all the way (again see image) when you need to use the camera. The AWC897 easily connects to multiple video programs, including Zoom. The microphone had no problem recognizing my voice or even music. The video is nice and sharp (as expected from 4K). The webcam is also nice and small, so it doesn't take up much space. You can also use it on a flat surface like a table or even mount it on a tripod. Therefore it is versatile. You can't go wrong with this guy.
