The system has a lot of functionality. It is easy to navigate and user friendly. The reporting system is great and there is so much data available. I love how the system is set up because it gives us full access to what is happening across our call centers. I am extremely happy with this software and would recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to Asterisk. Easy installation - very straightforward. Excellent documentation provided (including all source code). A good learning curve - if you're familiar with Linux or Unix commands then you'll get the hang of things quickly. Support was excellent - they answered my questions promptly when asked. They even sent some sample scripts/code to help me along!
