I've had this set for 7 or 8 months now and love it just as much if not more than the original skillet I bought many years ago. Nothing sticks to these pans! For example, my husband boiled eggs in a frying pan, left them on the stove, and left them for a day after I left for work. There was a frying pan with the leftovers of boiled scrambled eggs for the house. You know how tough eggs can be, I usually have to soak them to peel them. Not with this set, I used a damp sponge with dish soap, washed as usual and it came off right away! I love love love this set. Will definitely buy again. Many years ago I bought an 8 inch Starfrit pan from a local store and was delighted. When I decided it was time to buy some new cookware, I immediately thought of the pan I bought. I love this set. The bright copper color of the pots and pans is attractive on the stovetop and while in use. I wish there was a size between the two pans. I may keep the middle pot from my old set to fill in the gap.
