I bought these nails because I needed 2 inch galvanized nails to work with the fence work. to fill a need and I had a really hard time finding them anywhere else. It seems that 2 inch galvanized nail gun nails are not easy to find. Nails work great. I haven't had any traffic jams. But after making the 20 foot fence, I have to tell you, it's a PAIN to have to go back and scrape the plastic from every nail. And since it's a bright orange color, it's very obvious if you don't. So for a professional looking fence, you NEED to scrape the plastic off almost every nail you hammer in. I wish they had used clear plastic or designed them so the plastic flies off when you hammer in a nail.
