The system was easy enought to use by both staff members and outsourced vendors (lab services). There were some issues around data entry but these where quickly resolved when I approached my manager or director who made changes immediately. Data entered into LIMS can be easily transferred between other systems/software platforms without any loss from one service/system to another. It has been very useful so far - good customer support as well! If you are looking to have your own fully integrated lab database then this may not meet what you want because there are many different databases available now-a days such as Oracle etc which allow more flexibility than using LMS solely. Limiting access only allows authorised people full control over their entries (both internal & external) within certain parameters e.g. date range / time period they need access during business hours.This helps me keep track of how long each person spends working and ensures no.
