I found this little gem easy to work with when making crustless sausages for my grandchildren. Lightly spread both slices of bread with peanut butter, then place about a teaspoon of jelly on one slice. Turn the top onto another piece of bread spread. Using your press, twist it, remove the crusts, and then press the button fairly firmly to compress the sandwich. Take out the sandwich from under the press, turn it over and press again. Ready.
