The best part is that it's inbuilt with all of our applications so we don't have to worry about any other cloud services or third party integration as well. It has been great for us since there was no need to do much work manually when managing azure resources. I personally like having everything under control from one place which makes my life easier instead of doing lots of tasks separately. There are some minor issues but nothing major at this point (as far as i can see). We're solving scalability problems by using managed service providers who provide reliable infrastructure along side application development tools. So now with azure management platform, its easy for me manage both sides without worrying whether amazon will go down next week. And also easy for customers to access their data/applications through web interface etc.
