What we ordered is NOT what we received
We ordered this receiver as a gift for my parents to use in their camper van. Unbeknownst to us, the receiver we received was registered to another user and despite hours of phone calls from Comcast and hiring a guy from the geek team, we were unable to activate it. Eventually we found that the R number on the packaging is completely different than the R number on the receiver. Apparently there was a packaging mix up with Sensil and we now have a useless receiver that can never be activated for us. Sensil refuses to refund our money,
