Fit for purpose

We are constantly on the move and use our Wally receiver in conjunction with the Winegard Pathway X2 automatic antenna to receive Dish Network TV across the US (East & West satellite arcs in HD). We had to replace two 211 receivers (formerly 211Z and Wally) so I can't believe the reliability. The receiver can also be a bit slow when executing commands. The picture quality (HD) is excellent and our network service was very good with the Dish Outdoor account.

We ordered this receiver as a gift for my parents to use in their camper van. Unbeknownst to us, the receiver we received was registered to another user and despite hours of phone calls from Comcast and hiring a guy from the geek team, we were unable to activate it. Eventually we found that the R number on the packaging is completely different than the R number on the receiver. Apparently there was a packaging mix up with Sensil and we now have a useless receiver that can never be activated for
