I got this for a cabinet I installed in my horse trailer, it fits very well in the 40X30 hole and I have 1" left to play with but I'm leaving it on so have I loosened it up but I have room to lift it up if needed. I had to use eye bolts to secure it and some screw hooks in the middle. It comes with clips and holds it by the four corners and you can even add something to clip it in the middle, it's adjustable and works for what I'm using at the moment. I can put a bundle of hay on one shelf and feed it on another shelf so it doesn't move or fall between the horses' legs in the trailer. I can't wait to really try it out on my trip to Gettysburg, PA to film a horseback ride with America's best, and if it keeps things from falling off, I'll get more of that after a month on the road add so far i give 5 stars for what i see
