Review on Rechargeable Intensity Accessories Helmets Flashlight by Chris Hernandez

I really liked this flashlight. First. Then a few months later it stopped working. To clarify, it would turn off and then turn off at the end of my 10 minute ride. After the first few times I thought it might be a battery issue, but even after a full charge it will work. Yes. So. It's not so safe to keep your taillight out of order on busy city streets. especially if you think it WORKS! I informed Blitzu and they said they would be happy to replace it as it is under warranty. BUT I not only had to send the broken one back, I also had to pay for it myself. And what? Seems like a good way to not back up the warranty. I mean seriously, who is forcing you to return a product like this. I mean if it was a smartphone or something that really cost money. I think most manufacturers would eat up the shipping cost so they could rebuild it. but for light <$20. It just seems like bad manners. Also, who said that now that I paid and took the time to send it back, USPS would actually ship it to you AND give me a replacement. No thank you. I go elsewhere to buy light.
