While these grinders are sleek and easy to use, what I don't like about them is that you have to constantly remove the bottom cover to use them. The shank of the grinder sticks out too much when the cap is off so it doesn't sit flush with the countertop and looks like the Leaning Tower of Pisa when you don't have the cap. It's annoying. As such, they will circle or tilt if you're actively using them and don't have the time or clean hands to put the cap back on. I would like the design to allow the grinder to stand on a surface without tipping over. Also, when cooking, you don't always have the time to put a lid on the bottom of something. Just a suggestion and I thought I'd mention it so other potential buyers know it's coming and maybe be able to pick a set that you don't have to worry about rolling around or always having to wear caps to get hold of . Stand. This is a matter of usability and utility in terms of design.
