What I like, or rather love, about this KOCH SYSTEME CS non-stick pan is how well and evenly it cooks, plus nothing sticks to it so it's so easy to clean, I use it a damp paper towel or soft sponge and they are clean. Plus, you only need to add a very small amount of vegetable oil or butter, making these pans a healthier way of cooking. I also love how light they are, I've had other copper pans before, they were very heavy and in less than five days they went out of service, everything stuck to them. However, I've been using this set every day since I got it, cooking eggs, sausages on the small 10" unit and happily making pork chops, steaks, chicken steaks, burgers and veggies on the 12" unit after I've finished When I was cooking the hamburgers, I just poured in some warm water, waited 5 minutes and became like a new incredibly beautiful set of pans again.
