What I like is the shape with the rim that catches food or fat. I also like that it's tava on one side and grilled on the other. However, I think there is something wrong with this product. 1) It heats up quickly in the center and the other parts of this grill give off very uneven heat. Even with care, you'll end up with food that's burned in the middle and barely cooked on the edges. The preparation of roti, pancakes etc will disappoint anyone. 2) I've spent several hours making spices, but the coating on this item started peeling off after the second wash. Focus on this area as you clean to remove more coverage. So yes, I do not recommend buying this product.
