Review on 💡 Allstar 63 Amp 1-Wire Alternator - Model ALL80500 by Jon Ford

An old jeep that was recently converted from 6 volts to 12 volts with a single wire. The old generator is dead. I probably should have just looked at how to rebuild it but it seemed like a good price and Revain does such a good job with fast shipping. No problem with the alternator, it bolts on straight away. I noticed the alternator starting to charge. First you need to accelerate the engine to about 2500 rpm. Once you do that, it will charge even when idle. This is a fairly common problem with single wire generators and I expected it. Otherwise it loads well, looks good, works perfectly.
