I installed this on a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country with a 62TE transmission. It's a dirty but easy job for those with a mechanical flair. The hardest part is removing the RTV from the transmission. Rubber grommet is preferred over cork and is the main reason I bought this item. I chose a gasket instead of the RTV because the RTV gets dirty and the mating surfaces are always difficult to clean. The second most difficult part of the job is replacing the filter gasket. I carefully levered out the old one with a screwdriver and installed the new one with a socket of the right size with a few hits with a rubber mallet. It's been a few weeks and I just checked the oil pan and there are no leaks.
