Review on Gas Cap Fuel Filler 77300 06040 by Trevor Rodke

I bought this new gas cap because the "click" on my existing gas cap broke. Aside from a broken clicker, my gas cap worked perfectly. I was looking for gas caps for my particular car and this one came up and I bought it. 2 days after installation the check engine light came on. It was the code for the vaporizer, which turned out to be the gas cap. I did another search using the Toyota part number and this cover fits, but it has a different Toyota part number on it. Be very careful as these vendors pay extra to have their fake items listed first. I found that 10 of the 20 entries that appeared in my Toyota part number search results were actually the wrong parts. Be careful because these people are cunning.
