I hunted more and ended up wanting a butcher knife and I know Japanese knives are really good, where did I find this, just a nice knife and I had to try it. I wasn't disappointed, this one cuts beautifully, it's so sharp, quite heavy and well balanced. Wooden handle, blade, rivets all as smooth as can be, just a good quality knife, well finished. Love the case for it, it's also very well made and has a very good leather thickness. The blade also comes with a protective rubber, very nice where cutting would not be fun with it. No cons, works great, very happy with the purchase.
