This knife is awesome!

This knife is amazing. Cuts through a t-shirt like clockwork. It's nice and heavy, so that helps too. Very sharp and still holds an edge. love this shop. I'm thinking about buying another one.

It is heavy, very good for cutting meat

This knife is a heavy, sharp kitchen tool with a classy look. Heavy, very suitable for cutting meat. As of today, I have a nice look at my roast or salted duck. I like it.

Poorly made - weird customer service

After purchase, the build quality of the knife was very poor. The metal protrusion protruded beyond the counter handle, creating a sharp, uncomfortable edge. When I contacted said company for support, I received a strange, almost insulting response. The knife was returned. There are better products to buy.

Do not shop well for knife sets

This knife is NOT SHARP at all. The edge isn't even in the middle of the blade. (They claim a 15 degree edge) it's more like 5/25 on one end, then 15/15 in the middle, then 25/5 on the end. If you hold the blade straight towards you, you can see the blade forming an "s" shaoei that curves from side to side. I could buy a piece of scrap metal sharper than this knife.

Impressive heavy sharp blade with sheath

Ordered this cleaver for the groom for Christmas. He was excited! The weight of the steel was impressive, but not too heavy for easy handling. Ergonomically adapts to his hand. Very sharp edge. The leather sheath is very nice and protects the blade well. The scabbard even has a loop for hanging it up or maybe even on a belt. An amazing piece in the arsenal

Once you try these first class knives you will never go back to them. That's why I say this little butcher knife is surprisingly good! I've been looking for a heavy duty cleaver for a while - my Shun brand doesn't have that option. The main purpose of this knife is to cut large whole fish to fit through the bones.
