Good value for money

Product as advertised except for the lock. The lock cover and lock are crap. The lock rattles and chirps. I gave 3 stars because I don't need a lock anyway. I had to wrap the inside of the lock with paracord to keep it from rattling. However, it seals well and does not let water through. I padded the bottom with foam to keep it from slipping.
