I have two foreign-made vehicles and a lot of farm equipment that needs maintenance and repair. I ordered this EASTVOLT 12V Cordless Electric Metric Ratchet Wrench Set to give it a try to see if it might eliminate the need to lug on wrenches.I've not seen the EASTVOLT name before and the photos and price didn't suggest this was a high-end tool. I was pleasantly surprised when I received it and started to use it. It feels fairly well made and has more torque than I expected. It wouldn't break loose an old rusted on nut but, then again, that nut ultimately took some real bruit force with a large 1/2 inch ratchet wrench to finally get it off. Thus, this electric ratchet wrench lacks high torque for those tough jobs. However, it does have sufficient torque for most jobs.As for the quality of construction, I've used it for one or two weeks and it has held together fine. It remains to be seen if it will hold up over extended use. If not, I'll edit my review.It comes in a nice molded case which I don't use. I have a red Craftsman carry-around tool chest that I use as my wrench kit. I keep this electric ratchet wrench in that box along with my SAE and Metric sized sockets and other wrenches.Overall, I like this electric ratchet wrench. I wish it had a bit more torque but, for the price, it offers good value and utility. In most cases, I'll reach for it first and, in most cases, it does the job.
