Review on Nokian Tires Hakkapeliitta 9 175/65 R14 86T winter by Stanislaw Rogulski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

The investment is completely justifiable for people who reside in areas that experience a true winter and who drive great distances on periphery routes or, in extreme circumstances, to the country, or who commute to and from urban areas for work. If you rarely venture outside of the city limits (even in places like Hong Kong, where the streets are kept quite clean), you may be better off with a friction tire rather than a studded one. I may or may not write a review after the fifth season airs.

Pros
  • Control in slippery conditions, in particular stopping and turning. Invariable accuracy in all circumstances. It's also pointless to eat porridge if the bottom is slippery. Solid lateral support. Good for holding spikes. Someone here mentioned that they frequently separate; I find it hard to believe. There will be no losses if you run the 2t. re-balance km correctly (without trotting, of course) and maintain a speed of at least less than 20 kilometers per hour (km/h) during the summer. I've been behind the wheel for three years, and during that time I've lost three spikes: two on one tire and one on the other. However, losing two wheels is hardly a tragedy.
Cons
  • Harsh, The winter disks I took, including the sixty-first profile (summer on the fortieth profile), do not make the season any gentler than summer. The rumble at 90 km/h is horrible, and I even had to construct an extra Shumkov because of it. With 190 spikes on each tire, it's clear that miracles are out of the question. Nonetheless, she was born into a world where her flaws would be exposed come winter. A barely perceptible rumble and the stiffness to manage porridge and patchy coverage.
