I am an apprentice and a retired stamper. I've never come across brown parts that needed to be treated with black oxide like these hex nuts. They would look ridiculous on my black PC case. Now I have to buy them from another company. I have no idea why anyone sent an item that is clearly inferior, especially at this price point. To stay updated.
