Review on MyChart by Jorge Maertz

I love that it is easy enough for my kids (9 & 12)to use but also has some things they can't do yet which helps them practice using different parts, like getting blood samples or IVs in their hands. It's pretty expensive so there isn't too much room for error on your part if you are paying out of pocket. We have found this system very helpful over our last three years with children who suffer from chronic illnesses such as cystic fibrosis and celiac disease. I like that it is easy for me as an RN with little computer experience or training in order management software (Cerner) can use this product without difficulty! The layout/formatting could be more intuitive if there were icons instead so you don't have too many clicks before finding what your looking at - but overall its not bad!! We are able get our patients' labs into one place where we know all information about them including vitals etc.
