This grinder does exactly what I need. I bought a 300g capacity vertical coffee grinder and after reading and following the instructions the machine ground the rice like flour (see photo). I used my thumb to push both screws all the way back (to make sure they touched the conductor). Otherwise it will not turn on. It's loud (sounds like a blender or hand mixer). The instructions say that there may be an odor when you use it for the first time, and you need to clean the machine with rice before use. I had some expired rice in my cupboard that I used to clean it; however, I didn't smell any. I asked my daughter - she didn't feel anything either. I don't like a 5-10 minute cool down between each use, but it's necessary to avoid overheating. Plus it does exactly what I need. It arrived 3 days earlier than expected.
