Review on E-HAS by Michael Caste

The support team at ehas was awesome, they were always quick to answer questions or resolve issues we had when using the software. We loved how easy it was to use once setup correctly! Our biggest issue while trying this out was their lack of documentation and video tutorials available online regarding its capabilities as well as what features are included in each subscription level. It's great that you can get away from paper forms if possible but not having any training materials other than trial accounts available made things more difficult overall. I hope there will be better guides/tutorials so users have something else besides just asking people who already know about the product which may help them along the way. This helped us keep all our records together (patient info) including billing information in one place instead of keeping hard copies everywhere - very helpful. The ease in which you can access your information and have it all at your fingertips! There's nothing I dislike about this software, but if there was something I did like, that would be having more options available as far as how to customize my reports. Maybe some sort of color coding or format customization could help? It does what we need it to do very well. We are able to track patient visits much easier than before and also keep up with billing procedures.
