piece of unnecessary system and bad customer support. worked fine It's easy to set up and "works" to the max. And then you screwed it up. My router seemed great. Until it stopped transmitting more than a few meters, shortly after the one-year warranty expired, of course. Support could just say fuck you, your warranty is (barely) expired. Instead, they put me through the RMA dog and pony show only to end up saying fuck you, your warranty has expired. Of course, that was the very first thing I told them that the warranty had just expired. but they acted like they support their products, let's just do an RMA. Big waste of time. In the meantime I bought a new Amplifi router - as I can't go a month without internet - only to find that the original grid points are hard coded to only work with the original, dead router. So now I also have two useless grid points. And they basically made me give them more money after they scammed me the first time. crap company. If you MUST buy from them, do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy a complete router and mesh points. I never would have done that if I had known that the day my router died - a year and a few changes - my grid points would be useless too. Buy a router, buy yourself. And all grid points separately. It would be nice if they advertised this little nugget.
