Bought this item for my daughter's '98 Chevy Silverado. The order arrived and after reading the instructions for a few minutes I noticed that three cowl extensions were missing and the screws didn't fit. Called the company and the woman said to take a picture of what is missing and email it to them. How would I photograph the missing parts; and then they said someone would call back. Waste of time and bad customer service. I ordered a replacement and when it arrived the screws that came with it were about 1/2 inch too short. Had to go to Lowes and buy the correct bolts to attach the cover to the throttle body. The cover then forms the head of the screws. rubbing against plastic. I will never buy this brand again. I've always used K&N products without all of this hassle. A 30-45 minute job took several days for parts and still had to get my own gear.
