Review on 💫 Renewed Samsung Galaxy A71 5G Fully Unlocked (128GB, Prism Cube Black) by Akio Yamato ᠌

After 20 years of loyalty to the company, during which time I purchased all of my household electronics from them and never had an issue with any of it, the A71 smartphone was the first piece of their equipment that required my attention in terms of fulfilling warranty obligations; at the time, there were only a few weeks left before the warranty expired. After I contacted them, they promptly came, grabbed it, fixed it, and gave it back to me. The phone worked for three months before breaking down again; however, the warranty has expired, the bill has been paid in full, and a replacement kit is available. Turns out I had to be a part of making it work, but they never addressed the root of the issue. I'm not happy with the service as a whole and plan to wean myself off of this product line.
