Not Convenient For Home Use

Purchased wall mount charger for home use. Simple to link to wifi and app. Without app use, requires key card to activate every time. You can press the back button on the unit for 10 seconds to bypass the need for RFID card use, however finicky with our Pacifica Hybrid PHEV. You can bypass through the app, however again, will not store setting to bypass and have to override on each use.Purchased because it had good value and positive reviews, however for the wall mount unit, it is not convenient for home use - it is not just plug and go. Will be returning and replacing with another brand.

This charger is effortless to operate, with simple controls and indicators that make it easy to understand how to use it correctly and safely
