As a person who has been suffering from depression for many years I have tried Theanine, Sam-e, Pharma Gaba, Ashwagandha, many different brands for each type, many medications and I must say for seretonina this brand is the best! Fewer side effects than drugs and quick results. For those who are sensitive I will say that a quarter tab is all I need to make a big difference. I know some people don't like the taste, but it's not that bad. Let it dissolve completely and take it along with other life practices to feel good and it will be an AMAZING support.
