The customer support team also has great knowledge of what they are doing so you don't have to worry about getting stuck in an infinite loop trying to figure out something simple. There really isn't anything bad at all when working through Therapixs website or app. They do everything from scheduling sessions to billing your patients. Their patient portal allows us to keep our records updated easily without having to send paper copies back and forth every time we need information changed.
