Box was previously opened and had labels on it
Product packaging has been previously opened and shows excessive storage marks on edges, top and bottom. Looks like he's had a tough life. The shipping box was 100% fine, but the product box has traveled a few times. The product packaging has a large "Problem Solved" sticker and many other miscellaneous labels. block back. (I saved photos before opening the product box.) Paying a premium for this particular item is a bit disappointing. Not sure if this is a genuine new coffee maker so I'm sending it back to the seller. The machine works and it would be nice to have a new one. I will order another one from another source.
