This pixie works well but disappoints compared to a Nespresso pixie bought circa 2016. The water tank is made of thinner plastic. I assume you don't fill it all the way? In addition, the red light does not come on when the tank is empty. In fact, the machine tries to brew coffee even if there is no water in it at all (as I found out).

Product packaging has been previously opened and shows excessive storage marks on edges, top and bottom. Looks like he's had a tough life.
