Pros:1. The reel came fully assembled and just required mounting to the wall and fittings added to each end.2. The supplied hose seems well made and durable.3. The reel itself works well and was easy to use.4. The mounting piece allows it to pivot around and follow you a good bit.5. Brass end fittings except where the supply hose attaches - that is a hard mount as shown in the picture.Cons:1. The hose to connect to an air supply is very short.2. Did not come with fittings on either of the hose and the supply side is a threaded piece so I needed a coupler a fitting to make it work.3. My biggest issue with this was the install, the supplied screws did not fit through the pre-drilled holes in the mounting bracket and so the whole reel had to be held up and the screws hand started to get them going. They should have heads small enough to allow them to slip through and then slot into place as it appears to have been designed but that did not work. Holding this thing up really high by myself was difficult but doable.
