Review on 🔒 Yale AU-NTB620-NR x 2803 x 626 nexTouch Keypad Lock, Capacitive Touchscreen, Radio-Free, Aluminum by Daryl Fitch

I bought six of these blocks because I heard they were good quality. The bolt does not move and you cannot open the door. I have sent one of these blocks back to Yale for a replacement, but the problem still occurs with the replacement. The manufacturer claims they work down to -40F, but I've had different experiences. If the problem only occurs on one device, I could understand it, but all four devices show the same problem. The internal blocks are fine, with external ones in cold weather there is a problem. I clarify that the touch panel works in the cold, the electronics are fine. The problem is that the physical doorknob doesn't retract the latch. Don't buy it if you use it on outside doors and live somewhere where it can get below freezing.
