We got this octopus toy for our 40lb boxer/ border collie/ palmation mix. She loves carrying it around by one of the legs. She did manage to get it open and pull the stuffing out after about a week. This is to be expected with our dog as she is an aggressive chewer, so overall we would describe that as a pretty hearty toy. She has managed to open other toys in 30 min to an hour, so for a toy to last a week or more is a very good testament to its quality of stitching.the octopus is large and all of the legs have some squeaky aspects to them, the head has a squeaker as well, its fun to twirl the octopus upside down and have our dog try to grab one of the legs then play tug of war with you on it.
