I received this small disc to use with my Dell laptop. I have a Sony drive that I've been using for several years BUT I DON'T LIKE MY SONY BECAUSE TWO USB PORTS ARE NECESSARY TO WORK. This drive only needs one connector, a USB C connector, so I compared that to SONY and found the picture better. Customer service is fantastic. They email me the user manual in advance and offer help when I need it. The drive is not noisy, there is no vibration. It looks good and works well. I haven't had a chance to record anything yet, but I'll write about it when I do. It comes with a very nice custom case. Very well and carefully designed and manufactured.
