I have a 2002 Ford F150 and the long brake line to the rear brakes is rusted. I haven't done brakes in over 30 years but I decided to give it a try. I bought 25 foot cupronickel 4lifetimelines 3/16". I used the original brake line to figure out how much brake line I needed. I cut the line with a copper pipe cutter. I watched YouTube and figured out how to make one Expander Makes I knew the expander tool did a double expand but I didn't know if it would do a bubble expand down. The first time I did it it looked like it was ok don't forget those Fitting to attach before flaring.I double flared the other end, reassembled it, bled the brakes, checked the two ends for leaks and I was good to go.
