Seriously, easy install, I used RTV (thread lock) on all threads, watched the boob tube video 20 times not to mess anything up and everything is fine, 2 drops of blood because of the sharp sheet metal. There is no noticeable increase in noise. I'm hoping for a slight increase in fuel economy and cooling with a little less buildup under the hood. As well as ventilation. I ordered a pre-filter that was too small. Either way, it's high quality, looks good and is a genuine FCA product.
